KENAHRI ´S COMMISSIONS TOS1. Right to Refuse CommissionsKenahri reserves the right to refuse commissions that violate ethical standards, are inappropriate, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the artist.2. Acceptance of TermsBy commissioning artwork from Kenahri, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing a commission. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from commissioning.3. Commission Processa. Payment: Payment is required upfront before the commission process begins. Accepted payment methods include Paypal.b. Sketch Phase: After payment is received, Kenahri will provide an initial sketch for your review. You are entitled to reasonable revisions during this stage.c. Acceptance: Once the initial sketch is accepted by the commissioner, it is considered final, and the artwork will proceed to completion.4. Refund Policya. Sketch Phase: Refunds will not be issued once payment is completed and the initial sketch is produced. During the sketch phase, commissioners have the opportunity to request reasonable revisions.b. Final Acceptance: Once the commissioner accepts the final sketch, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds will be granted. Kenahri reserves the right to issue refunds if they do not feel capable of completing the artwork.5. RevisionsReasonable revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Excessive or significant changes requested after the sketch is finalized may be subject to additional charges.6. Artistic LicenseKenahri retains artistic license over the commissioned work. While efforts will be made to accommodate commissioner requests, the artist reserves the right to make creative decisions.7. Content RestrictionsKenahri will not draw any extreme kinks or NSFW drawings unless explicitly specified in the commission advertisement.8. Copyright and Usagea. Copyright: Kenahri retains the copyright to all commissioned artworks.b. Usage: Commissioners may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage requires explicit written permission and may incur additional fees.9. DeliveryFinal artwork will be delivered in PNG format to the commissioner via Telegram, Discord, or email. Any agreed-upon deadlines will be communicated in advance. Under any circumstances the original PSD or any other layer format will be delivered.10. ConfidentialityCommissioner's personal information and commission details will be kept confidential unless explicit consent is given for promotion or public sharing.11. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.12. Changes to TermsKenahri reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this TrelloBy commissioning artwork, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
